Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program
Public Service Announcement

Beginning November 1st, 2021, action pact will operate the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance program funded by the Department of Human Services.

Only households were all adult members are 65 and older or medically homebound may apply for energy assistance beginning November 1, 2021 at 7:00 a.m. All low-income households are eligible to apply beginning December 1, 2021, if funds are available. Funds are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Eligibility for this program  is determined by the income of all adults living in the household.
